Food Safety/Quality Commitment Statement

North Dakota Soybean Processors, LLC (NDSP) is committed to supplying our customers with safe, high-quality products. Our products will meet or exceed the requirements set forth by our customers and the governing, regulating agencies. We will maintain and monitor continuous improvement requirements for our Quality Management and Food Safety Systems. This includes the on-going monitoring and measurement of our processes, as well as effective communication between staff and our customers.

NDSP management will ensure resources are available to support the development, implementation and maintenance of FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act) program requirements and the GFSI-based SQF Food Safety and Quality Standards. We are committed to providing the proper staffing and training to support our Food Safety and Quality Systems. Employees will be provided with training regarding the GFSI-based SQF Food Safety and Quality Standards.

It will be the responsibility of our employees, both individually and collectively, to ensure the food safety and quality of our products. Each employee has the responsibility to report food safety and quality problems to those with authority to take action.
