Minnesota Soybean Processors (MnSP) is a 2,300 farmer-member cooperative that owns and operates a soybean crushing and bio-diesel refining facility in Brewster, Minnesota. The MnSP mission is to provide the maximum value-added return to our investors by combining the latest soybean processing technologies with proven management.

Groundbreaking occurred during the summer of 2022 and the facility is expected to be fully operational by late summer 2024.

We have designated access routes to NDSP. NDSP will also have onsite staging to hold 72 semis and space within the facility to hold another 75 semis. With a capacity of 40,000 bushels per hour, the speed of dumping along with on-site staging will result in trucks staging on the property.
